LANDSCAPE DESIGN

 A true ‘Landscape Experience’ only happens by design. At Green Brothers, Landscape design is a core strength and a core value. For an exceptional Landscape Experience we have an exceptional designer on our staff - David Montgomery. David has over 30 years experience designing and building landscapes. David currently teaches courses in landscape design and related courses at our local university (you can enroll in his classes in fall or spring of next year). 

Elements of design: We use complimentary plant groupings with complementary contrasts of color, texture, heights and shape with a variety of seasonal interest. Each or our designs considers plant selections that;

• won’t outgrow their position

• require minimal maintenance

• thrive in our climate zone

• are properly placed for sun/shade exposure

• suit the style of the structure; Backyard or front yard, Cabin or Colonial, Contemporary or Cottage, Woodland garden or formal, etc.

 We like to start with understanding your goals, your preferences and determining which elements on-site can be utilized. (Having pictures of what you like is really helpful!)  

 Our design fees are reasonably priced and with each design we provide a proposal for the work which can be implemented all at once or in phases.  

 We think design is the best way to start. Once you have a design you know if the end result meets your needs and style. And, if you prefer to implement your landscape in phases you know the sequence of work to be done and how much each phase will cost.
